Deal Catcher
I know this post is a little late but it is in response to the presentation given last friday from the dealcatcher crew. The presentation was great and it was amazing to hear that he started the business from his dorm room with a few friends. I took a look at the site and couldn't believe the deals that are available. There is a program on my cellphone that is called cellfire. Its a coupon program that gives you coupon codes similar to what deal catcher does. I was thinking that dealcatcher could incorporate this aswell. Or possibly text messaging can be used to alert customers of certain deals instead of just e-mailing them.

I was looking at the site a few days ago also and it truely is an amazing site. What is so awesome is how they started it out in their dorm room, as you mentioned. I have been trying to come up with some awesome website idea to run through my dorm room but have yet to come up with anything good yet. These guys just got very lucky with their dealcatcher plans.
